How to become a ordinary member of SMILE-DIH in 3 easy steps

SMILE-DIH is a legally recognized non-profit association, to which one can join by paying a sustainable annual fee, in this way:

1. Download the membership application here (in Pdf format or here also in MS Word fillable format);
2. download, read and take note of the Statute of the Association;
3. fill in the Application form (scan it if necessary) and send it via Certified mail to smile-dih@pec.it or send it in original by ordinary mail to SMILE-DIH, Strada al Ponte Caprazucca, 6/a – 43121 – Parma (Italia).
